Really Easy Iced Coffee
Happiness for me is coffee! With the sunshine making an appearance at last, here's a super easy recipe for a blissful iced coffee. So why not treat yourself on a scorching summer's day!
I usually make these with a shot of espresso from an espresso machine using ground coffee beans but this recipe swaps that step for Nespresso instead. (Ok, I'll admit it... I have two coffee machines, but who's to say the coffee's not actually addicted to me?!). It's super quick so you'll be enjoying your iced coffee in the sun within minutes.
For a super easy iced coffee here's what you'll need:
- Espresso shot
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar syrup
- Cold milk
- Caramel sauce
- Small handful of ice
How to make one:
In a glass, with a shot of your favourite coffee, mix the vanilla syrup into the hot coffee and stir well.
Next pour in the cold milk to about an inch from the top.
Lastly, add your ice and a really generous squeeze of caramel sauce on top.
Serve with a straw and enjoy - preferably in the sun!
